Send your product category, reference images or tech pack, target quantity, fabric direction, timeline, and destination market. We review feasibility, MOQ, sampling route, and next questions.
A tech pack helps, but it is not always required. If you have reference photos, sample garments, target fit notes, or fabric ideas, we can help shape the development path.
Yes. ODM support can include fabric suggestions, sample direction, trim planning, fit refinement, and private label packout planning.
MOQ & Sampling
MOQ depends on product category, fabric availability, color, trims, and decoration. Many pilot programs start around 100-300 pieces per color, while custom fabrics or outerwear may require more.
Typical sample direction is 7-12 days after fabric and construction details are clear. Complex styles, custom trims, or special materials may require more time.
Yes. Fit, measurement, fabric, decoration, and trim comments can be revised before pre-production approval. The goal is to reduce risk before bulk cutting.
Production & Lead Time
Many apparel programs require 25-40 days after sample approval, depending on category, quantity, material lead time, decoration, and packaging requirements.
Rush requests are reviewed case by case. Existing fabrics, simple construction, clear artwork, and approved samples make faster timelines more realistic.
Share launch date, target quantity, reorder expectation, and destination market early. We can help map sampling, material preparation, QC, packout, and shipment windows.
Quality Control
Quality checks can include fabric inspection, pre-production file review, inline QC, measurement verification, decoration checks, AQL-oriented final inspection, and packing review.
Defects are identified by type and stage. Inline issues are corrected during production; final inspection issues are reviewed before shipment handoff.
Final inspection can be organized around AQL-oriented sampling logic depending on buyer requirement, product risk, and shipment scope.
Packaging & Shipping
We can support FNSKU labels, barcode labels, polybag warnings, bundle packing, carton marks, and packing details when requirements are shared before packout.
Yes. Private label support can include care labels, neck labels, woven labels, hangtags, size stickers, polybags, and retail-ready packaging.
Samples usually ship by courier. Bulk orders can be coordinated by air, sea, express, or buyer-nominated forwarder depending on timeline and carton volume.
Payment & Terms
Payment structure depends on project scope, sample stage, material preparation, and bulk order requirements. Details are confirmed during quotation.
USD is commonly used for international buyers. Other arrangements can be discussed based on buyer location and project requirements.
Trade terms can be discussed by order and shipment method. Share your preferred destination, forwarder, or delivery requirement when requesting a quote.
